Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our team in the Dunwoody area. This role is perfect for someone who lives for "the story behind the numbers" and can turn complex web traffic data into actionable business growth strategies. You’ll be the bridge between technical tracking and marketing performance, ensuring our digital footprint is measured accurately and optimized constantly.

Job Responsibility

  • Audit, implement, and maintain tracking tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure data integrity across all digital properties
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and traffic sources to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization
  • Design and automate high-impact visualizations (using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) that communicate performance to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on A/B testing initiatives (e.g., Optimizely or VWO) to validate hypotheses and improve ROI
  • Ensure all tracking complies with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and maintain clean documentation for all tagging schemas

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong experience building intuitive dashboards that tell a clear story
  • Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to tracking and troubleshooting tag triggers
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work onsite in our Dunwoody office 3 days a week for team collaboration and strategy sessions
