Job Responsibility

Safely operate and monitor loom production per fabric style and yarn style
Ensure that looms are in good operating condition by periodically cycling/inspecting looms to detect any weaving defects
Work closely with the Loom Technician in order to improve quality and yield
Ensure selvedges are running per work instructions
Keep warm ends as straight as possible for optimum/quality yield
Remove any weft/warp ends and restart looms without weaving defects
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the area
All other duties as assigned
