  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and internal audit to translate strategic business requirements into robust platform integration strategies and executable plans, ensuring seamless communication and alignment

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of extensive experience in enterprise-level technology leadership roles, with a deep understanding of application development lifecycles, enterprise architectural principles, and operational best practices, particularly in complex, integrated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and advise on complex technology landscapes, including distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), middleware, APIs, data integration patterns, and modern development practices (e.g., Microservices, CI/CD)
  • Expertise in governance frameworks related to technology infrastructure, data management, and application development within a highly regulated environment
  • Knowledge of various software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with a focus on how they apply to integration projects
  • Demonstrable experience in evaluating and advocating for the strategic application of AI/ML technologies to optimize engineering processes and drive efficiency
