Job Description:

HSBC Private Banking helps high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients manage, grow, and preserve their wealth for generations to come.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the operation process of Transfer services to ensure no transaction is missed or delayed
Assist the Transfer services to run the daily operational tasks and report any irregularity and abnormality to superiors
Follow the operational control procedures delegated by superiors and perform reconciliation where applicable
Handle customer / branch enquiries
Perform ad hoc request from superiors including system UAT and preparation of MI reports

Requirements:

University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications preferred
Experience in banking industry, with sound knowledge of investment products / systems and relevant regulations preferred
Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel / Access preferred
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

Nice to have:

Fluency in Putonghua
Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Access
