The Citizens Wealth Management Internship Program provides a dynamic opportunity for students to gain meaningful exposure, experience and insight into the wealth management industry. Interns work directly with the Wealth Management Business Strategy & Development team. Interns gain broad exposure to all facets of the business—from operations and strategy to client services and technology—offering a comprehensive view of how the organization functions. They also develop a wide range of professional skills including project management, data analysis, presentation design and delivery, advanced technical capabilities, and network building.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to key initiatives that drive business optimization and growth
Observe core business processes
Collaborate with colleagues and partners across various business
Engage in diverse strategic projects supporting the broker-dealer’s development
Complete a capstone project designed to deliver lasting value to CWM
Requirements:
Current students enrolled in an undergraduate program, graduating in Winter 2026 to Spring 2028
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Relevant work experience, leadership involvement and/or coursework
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Successfully complete a HireVue assessment within 4 days of receiving the link
Must currently be a U.S. Resident
Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S
