Wealth Sales Director

• Lead the business to deliver the Teams and Country Strategic Plan
• Manage and coach Team Heads and Relationship Managers to drive performance
• Build and grow a strong presence in Singapore and the covered regions
• Monitor and act on daily customer management activity
• Maintain and enhance operations within compliance standards
• Develop managers and people within the teams
• Lead teams with focus on cross-border compliance
• Share best practices and foster engagement among team members
• Manage client relationships and product delivery according to regulatory requirements
• Support Financial Crime compliance processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Professional qualifications as appropriate to market
• Proven financial or branch banking experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, including effectively coaching and developing diverse teams
• Strong sales orientation and portfolio management skills
• A thorough understanding of a multichannel business model is essential
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong ability to use management information to develop tactical plans within the broad context of strategic plans and adapt them as per business requirement
• Relevant rights to work in Singapore is required
• Must undergo enhanced vetting as part of the recruitment process
