Job Description:

The Wealth Risk Senior Analyst is a strategic professional focusing on Wealth Risk Management from an Oversight Technology and Process perspective. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Job Responsibility:

Excellent organizational skills Governance skills and robust Project Management Skills e.g. reporting to senior management, assembling materials / packs to go to senior management / executives
Robust Business Analyst skills to independently lead workstreams / initiatives at the request of senior management
Ability to provide credible challenge / oversight on Wealth strategic initiatives including processes and systems
The position requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and administrative experience, who can manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage a global organization
Building ties with other business teams
Ability to review Risk Management Framework and policies and provide credible challenge
Ensure that data is summarized from across the business to provide critical information to executive team
Partner directly with various players across decision management groups, analyze data and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority strategic initiatives
Communication – ability to communicate verbally and via presentation at various levels e.g. c-suite to peers
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

Citi Wealth / Wholesale Risk management experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, verbal / presentation skills, ability to lead initiatives independently
12+ years Business Analyst / PM – from business or Risk perspective
