This role focuses on estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax-related matters, requiring strong legal expertise and excellent client communication skills. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on topics including estate planning, tax laws, fiduciary issues, and trust administration
  • Provide expert advice on wealth transfer strategies, charitable giving, income tax planning, asset protection, and business succession
  • Prepare and review gift and estate tax returns with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist clients with estate administration processes, including probate and post-death arrangements
  • Collaborate with corporate, real estate, and litigation teams to address cross-disciplinary planning needs and mitigate disputes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, wealth preservation, or tax law
  • Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax regulations and principles
  • Exceptional drafting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Comfortable interacting directly with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
