Job Responsibility:
Draft and prepare estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
Conduct in-depth legal research on topics including estate planning, tax laws, fiduciary issues, and trust administration
Provide expert advice on wealth transfer strategies, charitable giving, income tax planning, asset protection, and business succession
Prepare and review gift and estate tax returns with precision and attention to detail
Assist clients with estate administration processes, including probate and post-death arrangements
Collaborate with corporate, real estate, and litigation teams to address cross-disciplinary planning needs and mitigate disputes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, wealth preservation, or tax law
Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax regulations and principles
Exceptional drafting skills with a keen eye for detail
Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
Comfortable interacting directly with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
Skilled in working collaboratively with attorneys across various practice areas
