Job Responsibility:
Partner with senior advisors to analyze client financial situations and develop holistic planning strategies
Assist in building and refining custom investment portfolios and asset allocation models
Support end-to-end client experience, including meeting prep, follow-ups, and action item tracking
Create tailored financial proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with internal investment leadership to deliver portfolio recommendations
Help coordinate and manage client meetings while ensuring seamless execution
Contribute to team leadership and support overall workflow across advisory functions
Requirements:
CFP® designation (or in progress)
CFA is also highly valued
4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related role
Strong understanding of markets, portfolio construction, and financial planning concepts
Experience with tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro (or similar platforms)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities
Clear communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients
Someone who is eager to grow into a client-facing advisory role over time
