We have an exciting opportunity for an Wealth Manager to join the RBC Brewin Dolphin London charity team. This role is fundamental to the evolution of the London Team and will contribute to the exciting growth opportunity for the National Team given developments within the sector. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the London team. The team looks after charity, not-for-profit and other institutional clients in London and the South East. The successful candidate will help develop strong partnerships with existing and potential charity clients, tailoring and actively managing investment portfolios to meet their particular needs, reporting on progress and enhancing the relationship through value-added services. Identifying new client relationships and opportunities by developing business through key origination tactics and networks, ultimately building the profile of the Charities team will also be a part of the role. Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and relationship management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to consistently high standards are essential. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

Requirements:
Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager qualification or equivalent e.g. CFA, with a passion for wealth management
Proven relationship management skills—ability to earn client trust and articulate complex financial concepts simply

Strong communication and presentation skills—confidently engage clients and colleagues alike
Team player—collaborate across departments to deliver One RBC solutions
