Job Description:

The Citizens Wealth Rotational Analyst Program offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the Wealth business through structured rotations across key home office functions over the course of two years. Individuals will have opportunities to work across: Office of the COO; Office of the CIO; Family Office Solution & Advanced Planning; Business Management & Key Partners. This program is designed to provide an end-to-end understanding of Wealth Management, equipping participants with the skills and insights needed for long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance client and colleague experiences
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance
  • Support product development and investment solutions for Financial Advisors and clients
  • Assist in project management for critical initiatives across Wealth functions
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for wealth leadership
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency
  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:

  • Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link
  • Preferred graduation date of May 2025 -May 2026
  • Minimum GPA 3.2
  • Preferred GPA 3.4+
  • Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management and financial services
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
