Wealth Lending Advisor

• expand and develop new lending opportunities in concert with the AMG Client Coverage Banking team
• originate and structure financing programs for asset managers within established risk acceptance criteria
• due diligence private capital funds and make recommendations for inclusion as collateral in the financing facilities
• negotiate documentation with client, including engaging external counsel
• maintain high level of unit productivity
• demonstrate superior partnering skills with key stakeholders
• strict adherence to the Bank and CPB compliance/regulatory framework
• collaborate with the in-business risk underwriting team
• foster strong working relationships with underwriting team, transaction management, and loan operations
• assess and manage risk when business decisions are made

• 7+ years of banking/finance experience
• small/middle market lending or counterparty risk management experience a plus
• strong and proven financial structuring, analytical, and execution skills
• solid communication and marketing skills
• experience making credit decisions and recommendations
• broad knowledge of financial markets and alternative investments
• bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, Master of Business Administration degree preferred
