Job Description:

The Wealth Group Executive is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Applies strong commercial awareness and communication skills to manage outcomes and resources effectively. Drives organization goals through leadership, strategy, and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure corporate strategy execution on a regional level
  • visible to CBNA/CPWM senior management and ambassador to overall growth and success of the CPWM Investment business
  • top regional supervisory responsibilities
  • setting vision and productivity goals
  • overall market profitability
  • sales
  • operations
  • recruiting/salesforce growth
  • adhering to all regulatory rules/guidelines
  • direct managerial oversight of RSMs and some FAs
  • execute CPWM/Citigold team strategy
  • monitor referral volumes between internal CPWM FAs and partners
  • partner with CBNA counterparts
  • ensure cross-business line referrals
  • execution of Citigold Wealth Centers, Citigold Hubs, and Citipriority sales growth
  • direct contact for CPWM Senior Management for market results
  • provide leadership and messaging to direct reports
  • attract talent in relevant markets both producer and leadership level
  • represent Citi at industry conferences
  • lead discussions regarding Citi strategy and market presence
  • strategic thinking
  • decision making
  • drive results and improvements in client metrics
  • risk assessment and compliance adherence
  • supervise and manage accountability

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • robust investment and insurance sales experience
  • prior investment/insurance sales management required
  • demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence others
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills customer service orientation
  • US FINRA Registration: SIE
  • Series 7
  • Series 63 + Series 65 (or Series 66)
  • Series 9 + Series 10 (or Series 24, Series 4, and Series 53)
  • meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of hire date
  • Group 1 - Life and Variable Annuity License
  • meet ALL requirements within 150 days of hire date
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
