Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced communications and consulting professional to lead our Wealth Communications proposition across EMEA. Our Wealth Communications team designs, writes and delivers clear, engaging and impactful communications for members of both DB and DC pension schemes. We support all aspects of member engagement, from retirement planning and education campaigns to change management and strategic communication programmes. This senior role carries full accountability for delivering revenue growth, profitability, and overall financial performance for the consulting segment. You will lead the Wealth communications proposition: shaping its strategic direction, driving its development, and ensuring it delivers measurable commercial outcomes. Working in partnership with experienced stakeholders, you will also develop and lead integrated communications activity with clients that strengthens and grows our market position and deepens client engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership for delivering revenue growth and profitability for the Wealth Communications consulting segment in the region
  • Lead and deliver consulting projects ensuring they meet scope, timelines, budget and quality standards
  • Develop strategic communications programmes that deliver meaningful business and client outcomes
  • Lead creative delivery – working with our design and copywriting experts to deliver high quality communications across a range of channels
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, or introducing new products/services
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout delivery
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track opportunities and provide clear visibility for results
  • Accountable for exceeding the client budget target and driving client profitability contributing to the overall business financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to increase opportunities
  • Work closely with the key stakeholders on all stages of the prospecting process, including pre-Request for Proposal

Requirements:

  • Proven success in Wealth communications or similar financial services engagement environments
  • Expertise in strategic communications and multi-channel engagement
  • Strong background in change communications
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams
  • Working knowledge of design, brand and user experience principles
  • Experience with measurement, analytics and reporting
