Job Description:

The role involves managing Collateral & Margin Operations for Wealth clients, ensuring integrity of processes, analyzing issues, managing risks, and enhancing client service. It requires significant expertise in the field and effective team management. The workplace operates on a hybrid model with a focus on a dynamic environment, innovation, and process optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Efficient review, issuance and tracking of open margin calls for Wealth clients in UK, Europe, and Middle East for Securities Based Lending and Markets
Establish controls for daily margining and other activities
Liaison for audit
Understand the needs of Wealth clients
Develop and coordinate policy and process within the region alongside Product Partners
Manage complex deliverables related to Collateral and Margin processes
Recommend actions and mitigate risks
Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures
Lead projects and identify cost-saving opportunities
Oversee daily processes
Define and track margin-related KPIs and SLAs
Provide SME knowledge to internal stakeholders
Solve complex client queries and consult with clients

Requirements:

Proven and relevant experience
Significant industry experience
Subject matter expertise in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas, or products
Effective management of a team
Previous experience within Wealth Management preferred but not required
