Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Wealth Client Service Associate to join their dynamic team. Your role, as a Client Service Associate, is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Your knowledge of firm policy, procedures and technology allows you to interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. You perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in their daily business practices (e.g., client meetings, on-boarding new clients, marketing, etc.). You support and drive firm initiatives and maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge. The ideal candidate is resourceful, an excellent problem solver and a team player. You are detail oriented with proven organizational skills, able to manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks. You have proven written and verbal communication skills. You embrace technology and the efficiencies it allows and are a driven self-learner who is always looking to improve processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect appropriate documentation to support the new client onboarding and billing process and ongoing delivery of wealth management services
  • Initiate and maintain client access across all systems and educate clients on account services and capabilities
  • Ensure appropriate documentation for client files are kept in compliance
  • Leverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clients
  • Establish and maintain client data across various internal reporting and CRM systems
  • Review daily reports and alerts and process accordingly
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and other materials for client meetings
  • Input tasks within appropriate systems and complete associated paperwork
  • Provide support for monthly billing preparation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar role
  • Robust multi-tasking with ability to work with frequent interruptions required
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, HubSpot and Schwab
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
