Job Description:

Digital Business Services is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. Digital Business Services combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

Job Responsibility:

To process/consolidate/reconcile centralized transactions complied with BIM, FIM, MOF, Credit Policy, Trust regulations and FX regulations prompt and accurately
To report system/transaction problems to WBS Manager immediately if any
To act as A/C holder's consultant for transaction problems and government regulations, and be response to customer requests or refer customers special requests to WBS Supervisor
To provide professional solutions while customers consult about transaction services
To investigate and re-issue customer investment related notification/interest receipt
To monitor and follow up outstanding cases and report the progress to WBS Manager daily
To participate in UAT and system enhancement for new investment projects
To generate data and consolidate statistics to prepare required reports for OTC, TAX Adm., Central Band for China
Other additional assignments assigned by superiors
To perform monthly/surprise balance
TA of HUB DBU and OBU site

Requirements:

University or above
With working experience in banking and obtain general banking operations knowledge
Trust License-Level 4 is required
Internal control license is preferred
Familiar with investment procedures and banking system
Good in English communication skills

Nice to have:

Internal control license is preferred
