The IT Senior Group Manager manages multiple teams through other managers. In-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. This executive-level position is accountable for setting the strategic direction and providing leadership for all audit and assurance activities across the global Wealth Technology portfolio. The Director will be the firm's foremost authority on Wealth Technology risk and control, responsible for ensuring that the division's applications, infrastructure, and processes are audit-ready and compliant with global regulatory standards on a continuous basis. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with executive leadership, global business heads, risk and compliance partners, and senior regulators. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of proactive risk management and control excellence, safeguarding the firm's assets and reputation while enabling business innovation.

Requirements
15+ years of experience in multiple technology disciplines with extensive experience in business, functional and people management
