The Associate Banker will provide excellent client service in partnership with the Bankers. The role offers significant growth opportunities, enhancing expertise in managing Wealth at Work clients, while gaining advanced knowledge in financial products and services and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent client experience
Exceed client expectations by thoroughly understanding their problems and providing creative solutions
Partner with Bankers and maintain close contact with clients to develop comprehensive understanding of client needs
Support the Bankers with prospecting activities and deepening of existing client relationships
Provide sales support to the Bankers and work closely with product specialists and transaction support teams to implement client decisions and ensure effective after-sales follow-up
Work with On-Boarding and Client Services teams to facilitate account opening, transactions, cash management, account maintenance, investments and liaise with clients to ensure the completion of required documentation
Secure Compliance & Processing
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions and servicing clients, escalating, managing and reporting any risk or control issues
Maintain highest standards of confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive client information
Identify ways to streamline internal processes for greater efficiency
Monitor and adapt to changes in business processes and policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a front office environment dealing directly with clients
A sound understanding of processing within a complex systems environment
Knowledge of Investments, banking and credit products
Ability to manage relationships both internal and external
Ability to multi-task
Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
Pro-active and driven with the initiative to identify and solve problems
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to ambiguity & change
Ability to challenge status quo and continuously optimize processes and tasks within own area of responsibility
