Job Description:

The Wealth Analyst at Citi will play a crucial role in connecting the dots across clients’ wealth needs, behavioral signals, and portfolio understanding, generating insights to enhance client relationships, optimize investment strategies, and improve operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ability to link analytical techniques and framework to business KPI’s, customer metrics and customer experience
  • Work closely with partner business functions viz., investment advisory, business performance management, investment solutions, segment, digital growth, control & operations teams to execute on growth strategy
  • Drive campaign analytics initiatives to track, measure and optimize outcomes for customers and Citi Wealth
  • Partner with offshore team to launch campaigns on time across various digital and offline channels ensuring optimal quality
  • Build a robust tracking strategy with regular updates to program managers
  • Generate and distribute personalized data insights, in a timely fashion and at scale, enabling client-facing teams deliver relevant wealth or service advisory
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with exposure to Financial Services, Consulting, Fintech / Technology with minimum 2 years of data analytics experience
  • Experience analyzing large datasets
  • applying mathematical, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to perform complex analyses and data mining
  • Proficiency in programming is essential
  • Knowledge of Python / R / SQL is a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience and expertise in Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics, Customer / Product Analytics using a variety of Big Data and/or Analytics, Predictive modeling and data manipulation/extraction from huge / complex databases using SAS / SQL/ R/ Python Hadoop is highly preferred
  • Ability to develop dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau is highly preferred
  • Bachelors/University degree, preferably related to Data & Analytics/ Computer Science/Math & Statistics
  • Demonstrated passion for numbers, strategic planning skills, financial products / emerging big data technology and how they will impact the consumer experience
  • Strong Communication (both written and verbal), organizational skill, documentation and power point skill in order to make visually impactful presentation / newsletter
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Perform in a high-energy fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Team player and highly collaborative is a must.

  • Knowledge of Python / R / SQL
  • Expertise in Business Intelligence, Digital Analytics, Predictive modeling
  • Ability to develop dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau
