Job Responsibility

  • Support wealth managers with financial planning, portfolio management, and client service needs
  • Assist with retirement, estate, tax, insurance, education, and cash flow planning analyses
  • Help monitor portfolios, cash levels, trading activity, and rebalancing
  • Prepare client meeting materials and participate in meetings and follow-ups
  • Manage client workflows, account administration, and ongoing communication
  • Partner cross-functionally to support client projects and operational needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private client services
  • Exposure to financial planning required
  • CFP in progress or already CFP-certified
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of portfolio management and broader wealth planning concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree required
