Job Description:

Citi is looking for Analysts to join the Citi Wealth Analyst Program, a two-year rotational program starting in July. Working closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices, as well as exploring areas of wealth management, banking, and investment solutions, you will gain exposure to diverse areas and professional networks within this unified platform. This program emphasizes internal mobility, growth, and professional skill development.

Job Responsibility:

Be exposed to different areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office and Chief Investment Office
Partner with private bankers, investment professionals and other product specialists to deliver tailored and robust client solutions
Directly contribute to analytics and proposals to enhance client experience
Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building a strong professional network and contributing to business priorities

Requirements:

Passionate about helping some of the world's most influential individuals and their families navigate the complexities of wealth
identifying global opportunities
helping to manage risk
Graduating between December 2025-June 2026
Preferred GPA of 3.4+
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
High level of personal integrity
commitment to excellence
strong desire to learn
Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing high-volume
fast-paced environment
Sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently
Upholds a strong significance to business ethics
