Job Description:

Two-year Rotational Analyst Program in Citi Wealth starting in July with in-depth training program. Citi Global Wealth serves clients across the wealth continuum including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, affluent segments, and workplace wealth management through investment solutions platform.

Job Responsibility:

Be exposed to different areas within Wealth including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office and Chief Investment Office
Partner with private bankers, investment professionals and other product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions
Contribute to analytics and proposals to enhance client experience
Explore all areas of Citi Wealth while building professional network
Contribute to business priorities

Requirements:

Graduating between December 2025-June 2026
Will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
Preferred GPA of 3.4+
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
High level of personal integrity, commitment to excellence, and a strong desire to learn
Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing high-volume, fast-paced environment
Sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently
Upholds a strong significance to business ethics
