A wealth management firm is seeking a client‑focused Wealth Advisor to lead planning conversations, manage client relationships, and guide families through all stages of their financial life cycle. This role combines relationship management, financial planning, and investment oversight, with a strong emphasis on delivering personalized strategies and long‑term guidance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead discovery, planning, and review meetings with new and existing clients
Manage a select client portfolio and provide ongoing financial guidance
Review portfolios, adjust allocations, and identify new planning opportunities
Develop customized financial, tax, estate, and retirement strategies
Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to ensure appropriate investment positioning
Coordinate client needs across internal teams and maintain accurate documentation
Support onboarding, research, and client service activities
Build strong client relationships and help grow the business through referrals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65)
CFP required
Experience with goals‑based planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Detail‑oriented, organized, and a strong problem‑solver
Wealth management experience with sound judgment and client‑first mindset
Collaborative and comfortable working in a small‑firm environment
