Job Responsibility:
Partner directly with senior advisors in client meetings and relationship management
Translate client goals and financial data into comprehensive planning strategies
Build and refine financial plans, investment frameworks, and client deliverables
Collaborate across investments, planning, and client service teams to execute strategies
Support implementation—working alongside CPAs, attorneys, and other external partners
Prepare polished presentations and communications for clients and prospects
Help enhance internal systems, workflows, and planning tools
Requirements:
6+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or adjacent experience (tax, investments with HNW clients)
A credential such as CFP, CFA, CPA, or JD
Strong client presence with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly
A relationship-first mindset with sharp analytical instincts
