Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator Assistant to join the Wealth Management team in our London office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play an integral role in Client Annual Review writing, as well as taking on other administrative duties as and when required. You will be providing the best possible service to our colleagues and clients as part of a cohort of likeminded individuals, who strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improving systems and working practises.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the Client Annual Review Process, liaising with Wealth Managers to meet the regulatory deadlines
  • Diary Management
  • Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing support with administration duties
  • Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments
  • Monitor transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
  • Support ISA subscriptions and transfers
  • Processing of payments clients
  • Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts
  • Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
  • General record keeping and electronic filing
  • Adhering to Conduct Risk standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration within the discretionary wealth management sector preferred
  • Good written English skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite and Outlook essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive individual

Nice to have:

Awareness of MiFID II legislative framework
