Job Description:

Institutional Credit Management aims to integrate credit underwriting, measurement, and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses. The WCR In-Business Quality Assurance team verifies adherence to established standards and processes, provides feedback through quality assurance reviews, and supports risk identification and process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

implement and deliver robust quality assurance function
support quality assurance reviews (QARs) during underwriting processes
follow up on corrective actions identified during QARs
prepare quality assurance reports for management
interact with underwriting and first line of defense functions
establish policies, procedures, and controls for quality assurance
support internal projects and employee initiatives

Requirements:

8-10 years in corporate banking, credit risk management, internal audit, loan review or quality assurance review function
knowledge of wholesale credit processes, policies, and procedures
awareness of leveraged finance structures, regulatory frameworks, and common practices
credit officer or analyst background
advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
BA/BSc or higher degree in Business or related subject

Nice to have:

understanding of markets and lending
strategic orientation
ability to execute change seamlessly
