Job Description:

We are looking for a WCM Manager for Wuxi Plant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define WCM training plan with HR
  • Coordinate and support training related arrangements
  • Define all the WCM Projects including the Benefits and Costs, to make sure the total benefits aligned to the company budget
  • Define the Best Practice together with Group WCM manager and shared within the group
  • Establish communication with the WCM central team at the headquarters, set up review targets, plan and carry out activities
  • Cultivate the WCM culture and enhance the improvement capabilities of employees at all levels through training and project practices
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the manufacturing digitalization strategy, plan the technical architecture, operate and maintain the existing digital platforms, and continuously improve them to ensure the stable operation of the systems
  • Other tasks as assigned by company or superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Production or Industrial Engineering within manufacturing
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have:

  • Excellent project management and change management capabilities, able to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, training, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate and able to motivate teams
