Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that all project objectives, technical, financial, and operational, are met with precision and professionalism. This role combines engineering expertise, leadership, and strategic coordination to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage all phases of water and wastewater projects, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client communication
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in preparing design plans, studies, and reports that meet quality and regulatory standards
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationship development
  • Oversee design reviews, quality control, and risk management to maintain consistency and technical excellence
  • Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project objectives and compliance requirements are achieved
  • Mentor engineers, scientists, and planners to support professional growth and strengthen team performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline
  • Minimum eight years of water and wastewater engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Proficiency in AutoCad and Civil3D software
