Job Description:

Start your journey as a Water Treatment Technician Apprentice and gain hands-on experience in ensuring clean and safe water for communities, while developing valuable skills in a dynamic and essential field. We are looking for a mechanically inclined, motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career in the trades. This is an entry-level apprentice position designed for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll train alongside experienced technicians, learn water treatment systems, and grow into running your own service route. This role begins with a structured training period and gradually progresses into independent field work with incremental pay increase at each stage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist technicians with installation and service of water treatment systems
  • Learn plumbing fundamentals such as pipe connections and system diagnostics
  • Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and customers
  • Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
  • Use a tablet-based system (ServiceTitan) to document work
  • Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
  • Lift equipment and materials up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
