Job Description:

Position Purpose: Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan. Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures. Produce cost and progress s-curves. Liaising with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise. Draft letters, memo and reports in relation with Project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning). Assist Contract manager and Procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers. Work Environment: This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical
  • Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects
  • Strong listening abilities and reporting skills
  • Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc..)
  • Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore, etc..)
