Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the full cycle of the water treatment process, including chemical application, SCADA monitoring, and treatment adjustments
  • Supervise and train plant personnel, coordinate scheduling and daily operations
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures across treatment sites and pump stations
  • Maintain regulatory compliance through inspections, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Manage chemical inventory and vendor coordination for treatment supply orders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–6 years of supervisory experience in water treatment
  • Must be willing to work 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • State of Georgia Class 1 Operator License – Required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
