Must not exceed one audit failure per year
To normally act as the lead technician or ‘responsible person' when working in a team of two or more technicians
To be able to carry out multiple tasks in a range of works disciplines

Have skills in line with levels 1 & 2 as well as either: Technical service (closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower weekly/monthly checks and water treatment of boilers)

Job Responsibility

On a day-to-day basis complete Water Hygiene tasks to company standards
Providing expertise and managing optimum service delivery maintain total customer satisfaction with the services provided
Carry out tasks allocated to you in accordance with all method statements and the cardinal rules of WCS Group
Complete allocated jobs within the agreed timescales
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and submit on the electronic system in live time
To ensure all work is completed in compliance with current legislation and documented at all times
Tasks to be carried out in accordance WCS Group procedures/method statements
Maintain and promote Health and Safety standards within your team, to sub- contractors, and to clients to company standards and procedures
Plan to ensure work as scheduled is completed on time, and to maximum efficiency
Liaise with client representatives as required
