Prior restoration technician experience
IICRC accreditation not preferred but highly desirable
Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and problem solve
High level of customer service focus
Good computer literacy
A proactive attitude with a high level of initiative, drive, and leadership

Job Responsibility

Attend to business hours emergency response, mitigation and clean-up of properties damaged by mould, water and fire
Option to service after hours claims
Initiate, control and complete all restoration works regarding mould, water and fire
Scope preparation and budget estimation
Report writing
Proactive and professional communication
Completing all restoration projects within high standards of quality
Adhere to IICRC standards and guidelines

Job Responsibility

Demolition and clean contaminated areas within controlled and safe environments

Removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials
Cleaning
Light construction and demolition
May perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc.)
May perform cleaning duties dealing with trauma, bio-hazard, and COVID
Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor
Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor

Requirements

Professional interaction with clients and coworkers
Possess a minimum of 1 year experience within water restoration, mould remediation, and/or asbestos abatement
Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving and attention to detail
Proficiency with containment for asbestos and mould remediation
Able to work with, and lead, a team
Safe operation of company vehicles and maintaining a clean driver’s abstract
Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance
Valid driver’s license, a clean driver abstract and a no criminal record
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Able to be on call during given rotation

Job Responsibility

Managing a site crew, including duties and assignments
Ensuring that proper site protocols are implemented
Communicate and coordinate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Water mapping and demolition scope
