In this role, you’ll support our engineering teams on real projects while building practical skills and professional experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Support construction‑related activities, including submittal reviews, Requests for Information (RFIs), and coordination efforts
  • Collaborate with engineers and design team members on layouts and drawings
  • Participate in proposal development and technical report writing

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to gather, organize and analyze engineering data
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
