Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Collecting samples from treatment works, reservoirs and customer homes
  • Overseeing the management of your sampling records and maintenance of sampling equipment, ensuring they’re kept to industry standards
  • Liaising with the technical scheduling team, CSWQ group, and regulatory and performance team to plan your workload and deliver the monitoring programme
  • Assisting with investigating supply issues or customer complaints if they arise

Requirements

  • A full UK, clean driving license with a willingness to plan your routes, drive long distances, and comfortable driving a large commercial van in busy environments and remote rural locations
  • Excellent customer service skills for visiting customers’ homes and cold calling properties
  • Excellent attention to detail for recording samples on a daily basis
  • Strong organizational skills and can work independently
  • An existing knowledge of the water industry, if not a willingness to learn the water industry and its processes
  • Good computer literacy
