Job Responsibility

  • Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial plumbing tasks and project work
  • Carrying out Water heater installation, cold water storage tank remedials
  • Carrying out routine monitoring in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8
  • Maintaining customer water logbooks and completing all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy
  • Conducting water system cleans and disinfections in accordance with ACOP L8 and company procedures
  • Testing, servicing and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), alongside completing basic plumbing works as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment (or relevant transferable experience)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable
  • Minimum Level 2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Plumbing
