Job Description

Join a leading provider of energy connections, that is looking to hire an experienced Water Designer to be part of their expansion. They are seeking a professional who can design water main networks for new I&C and domestic housing projects, and can immediately hit the ground running. Job Responsibility

  • Assisting in designing and delivering water and wastewater schemes from feasibility to detailed design, contract document preparation, and construction administration
  • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project deliverables and contractual requirements
  • Reporting to and communicating effectively with the Project Manager
  • Supporting project delivery within budget and schedule requirements
  • Preparing designs, technical specifications, and contributing to report writing
  • Working closely with BDM's to advise on best designs and supporting operation teams
  • Some site visits and opportunities to go out with operations if desired

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in water main network designing
  • Ability to work independently and be the go-to person for water-related matters
  • Dynamic and adaptable to work with a growing team in a new venture
  • Experience with Housing, INC, Small/Big plots
  • Pure design skills (Coordination and paperwork will be handled separately)
  • Proactive and ready to engage with a role that will grow into something significant
