Here at Signet, we’re looking for an Administrator to join our talented Watch Repairs Team based in our bespoke Repairs Workshop. We’re looking for a highly organised and customer focused Watch Repair Administrator to support the smooth, efficient and safe delivery of all watch repair service requests. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every repair is processed accurately, every enquiry is handled professionally, and every customer receives an exceptional service experience. Working closely with store colleagues, external partners and internal teams, you’ll manage the full administrative flow of watch repairs — from receipt and logging, through estimating and materials management, to dispatch. Job Responsibility:
Manage the accurate receipt, logging and allocation of all watch repair jobs
Support the effective flow of work through the workshop, ensuring timely processing and dispatch
Liaise regularly with store teams and external partners to maintain a high quality, customer centric repair service
Communicate directly with customers via phone, email and post to handle enquiries, provide updates and convert repair estimates
Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language for customers and store colleagues
Investigate and resolve queries, escalating appropriately and ensuring early, empathetic resolution
Order and manage materials required for repairs, working with suppliers and internal functions such as Finance and Logistics
Act as a first line escalation point for complaints, using strong communication and problem solving skills to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements:
Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator able to simplify technical terminology for non technical audiences
Customer focused, empathetic and solution driven
Comfortable working in a fast paced workshop environment with multiple stakeholders
Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet service expectations
Experience in a repair, service, logistics or customer support environment is beneficial but not essential
