Watch Repairs Administrator

• Manage the accurate receipt, logging and allocation of all watch repair jobs
• Support the effective flow of work through the workshop, ensuring timely processing and dispatch
• Liaise regularly with store teams and external partners to maintain a high quality, customer centric repair service
• Communicate directly with customers via phone, email and post to handle enquiries, provide updates and convert repair estimates
• Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language for customers and store colleagues
• Investigate and resolve queries, escalating appropriately and ensuring early, empathetic resolution
• Order and manage materials required for repairs, working with suppliers and internal functions such as Finance and Logistics
• Act as a first line escalation point for complaints, using strong communication and problem solving skills to achieve positive outcomes

• Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator able to simplify technical terminology for non technical audiences
• Customer focused, empathetic and solution driven
• Comfortable working in a fast paced workshop environment with multiple stakeholders
• Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet service expectations

Experience in a repair, service, logistics or customer support environment is beneficial but not essential
