Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or related discipline
5 years’ of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
Seven (7) years’ experience in engineering supporting programs or contracts of similar scope or complexity is required
Familiarity with dashboard technologies such as Splunk, Grafana
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with others to determine root cause
Foundational understanding of system architecture and both physical and virtualized environments

Job Responsibility

First line of defense to support the investigation and resolution of user issues through effective use of troubleshooting resources
Liaising with other watch floor teammates to pinpoint overlap/dependencies
Collaborating with development team members to secure resolution as needed
Develop SOPs across the Org
Provides 365 days, 7 days a week watch floor operations support, broken into 2 x 12 hour shifts (Days: 0500-1700
Mids: 1700-0500) with 28 break days per quarter and 2 weeks of normal M-F business hours support
