Responsible for the identification, management, and disposal of surplus assets within an organization. This position is crucial for maximizing the return on investment from unused or outdated assets, thereby contributing positively to the organization's financial health. Their duties often include evaluating assets, finding the best recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify surplus assets within the organization
  • Evaluate the condition and potential value of surplus assets
  • Develop strategies for the disposal or reuse of surplus assets
  • Coordinate auctions, sales, or other disposal methods
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to asset recovery
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company regulations
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand asset needs and surpluses
