Job Description

Waste Collection Manager - OTE £50,000 - Monday to Friday – Full Training Provided! The Opportunity: We are seeking a Waste Collection Manager to join our team in Elmswell. You will play a crucial role in the growth, development, and logistical planning of our waste customer base and leading a team of hazardous and low hazardous waste representatives to deliver exceptional service levels and compliance standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support a small team of waste collection drivers to deliver exceptional service and compliance
  • Plan work and scheduling routings, collaborating internally and externally
  • Manage account activities, communicate effectively with customers, and achieve sales quotas and waste targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while enhancing existing customer accounts
  • Handle customer service issues promptly, manage holiday and sickness cover, and drive team performance

Requirements

  • A clean UK Driving Licence
  • A Class 2 Drivers Licence essential
  • CPC desirable
  • ADR desirable
  • Experience within the waste industry
  • Someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers, building trusted relationships, and leading a team
