Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Waste Collection Manager to join our Derby team. This is a fast-paced, field-based role where you’ll lead from the front - growing a customer base, developing your team, and delivering an outstanding waste service. Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of waste collection representatives
  • Drive revenue growth by sourcing and winning new business and developing existing customer accounts
  • Manage and grow customer relationships
  • Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and work orders to maximise efficiency
  • Deliver against individual, team, and branch sales and waste targets
  • Handle customer queries and issues promptly
