This isn’t just a desk job; it’s a chance to be the right-hand support to the Director of a local success story that is essential to Australia’s environmental health.

Job Responsibility:

  • Invoicing and financial tasks using Xero, including the accurate processing of weighbridge dockets
  • Act as the primary PA to the Director, managing schedules and providing high-level administrative assistance
  • Be the key point of contact for councils, clients, and suppliers
  • Coordinate the ordering of essential environmental products and supplies
  • As you master the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and scale your career with the business

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail
  • Background in Waste is preferred
  • Previous experience with Xero is highly preferred
  • Holds current driver licence
