5-7 years’ experience in home repairs or home warranty work

Job Responsibility

Perform repairs on work orders
Update service item work order status daily, making notes re: other issues – not warrantable items, homeowner damage, recommended back charges etc
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and resolve if possible as appropriate
Communicate regularly with the Customer Service Team regarding service item status, prioritization, and timing to complete requested warranty work
Conduct customer orientations as required
Meet with/supervise contractors as required
Assess reported common area deficiencies, carry out necessary repairs, calling in contractors as appropriate
Order and maintain supplies, equipment, parts, materials needed to complete warranty work orders

Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
