Job Responsibility:

  • Follow global customer complaint response procedure
  • Follow and update China/AP warranty working instruction
  • Setup warranty team for field collection, analysis and improvement
  • Lead team to develop countermeasures to prevent faults
  • Periodic review & follow up to track the effectiveness of corrective actions
  • Share & standardize lessons learned in region
  • Lead team to identify, track and assess potential safety and compliance warranty issue
  • Develop warranty strategy to reduce the field cost
  • Monthly update and monitor warranty payment report in China/AP

Requirements:

  • Automobile or related industry Quality or Engineering background
  • Be familiar with OEM structure and work procedure
  • Be familiar with products characteristic
  • Can do initial analysis and measurement for products
  • Problem-solving skill
