Job Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Warranty Specialist to join us on a 6 month FTC in Northampton! Role Purpose: To own, manage and resolve multiple customer kitchen and bathroom warranty cases, within agreed ways of working and to achieve excellent standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Timely management of warranty claims by telephone and email
  • Conduct thorough investigations
  • Liaise with stakeholders to agree plan of work
  • Understand Wickes workmanship guarantees, product warranties and compensation framework
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Consumer Legislation and Statutory Rights
  • Facilitate difficult conversations with customers regarding compensation
  • Evaluate work and arrange remedial installers
  • Maintain high levels of service
  • Manage high volumes of warranties
