In partnership with one of our clients, a leading German automotive company, Randstad is recruiting for a Warranty Master Data Specialist position. Within this responsible role you will manage master data, user access and set-up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the technical warranty services.

Job Responsibility

  • Set-up of new after-sales partners and deactivation of partner data in the existing database
  • Maintain partner warranty conditions (hourly rates)
  • Manage user access and control user roles
  • Maintain and continuously develop partner master data
  • Prepare and analyze different data, e.g., partner master data
  • Create reports and develop recommended actions based on data analysis
  • Act as contact person for sales organization and business partners

Requirements

  • IT-affinity and preferably experience in IT administration, and user management
  • Ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with IT or alternatively business or sales background
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP and AS400) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues and a basic understanding in German
  • Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
