As part of the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization, structured into three pillars – Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management – you will play a key role in shaping the future of GBS. As a Warranty Guidelines & Conditions Administrator, you’ll help identify improvements, drive compliance, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a dynamic, international environment. In the Warranty area, you will contribute to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and customer focused experience across company’s global service organisation. Our teams work at the intersection of customer service, product quality, digitalisation, and operational excellence, ensuring that warranty processes run reliably, efficiently, and in line with corporate standards. By managing essential data, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with international stakeholders, you will help ensure reliable and efficient warranty operations worldwide. Your contribution will strengthen company’s service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Dealing with warranty guidelines and conditions
Understanding of workshop conditions (warranty), labour rates, handling surcharge
Calculating and determination of warranty conditions (based on direct interfaces with markets)
Assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud
Support of setup of new markets / partners with data maintenance
Develop decision foundation for clarification purposes with markets
Responsible for managing and overseeing data protection practices (Managing key stakeholders)
Requirements:
Completed studies with business background or commercial training or a comparable qualification
Ideally experience in the automotive sector or after-sales experience
MS Office with Excel skills, Basic understanding of modern database systems (SAP Analytics Cloud)
Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues.
Basic understanding of legal environment and foundation (GDPR, competition law, block exemption regulation)
Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
