Job Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming service calls, demonstrating a genuine curiosity to understand the root of each issue
  • Schedule service, warranty calls, and installations as needed, aligning technician certifications with site requirements
  • Carefully review and approve technician timesheets for accuracy before processing
  • Coordinate certifications and book training sessions for technicians as necessary
  • Open and complete work orders, sourcing necessary materials and equipment
  • Obtain PO or credit card information from customers prior to dispatching technicians
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is distributed to technicians, parts departments, and warehouse staff
  • Maintain communication with customers and technicians, providing timely updates on service status
  • Review field paperwork and complete entry of parts and job notes into open work orders
  • Other operational responsibilities as assigned by the Field Operations Manager
